In a focused 60-minute session, we’ll work through a single challenge in your business. Together, we’ll slow things down, clarify what matters, identify the key points, and create a simple, actionable plan to remove the friction and move forward.
This might mean helping with your tech stack, troubleshooting a specific issue, fixing a workflow that keeps breaking, adding a new tool or initiative, addressing team dynamics, making a tough decision, or offering another perspective or recommendations.
